Experience
I have worked in public accounting for two years, specializing in tax. I also have over three years of teaching and tutoring experience. At Meredith, I tutored students in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Intermediate Accounting. In addition, at NC State I taught the ACC 210 (Introductory Accounting Course) lab in the fall and spring semesters. Accounting can be difficult to understand, so I try to explain concepts in ways that were helpful to me when I was studying it for the first time. I truly enjoy tutoring and helping students understand (and sometimes enjoy) accounting. I would love the opportunity to work with you.
